I'm a Kansas City wedding photographer who also captures elopements in Costa Rica, and I'm completely obsessed with storytelling through images.
I'm drawn to couples who love each other deeply and aren't afraid to show it – the ones who laugh until they cry, dance like nobody's watching, and throw the kind of celebration their friends are still talking about months later.

Where do I even start?!
Sara Anne was absolutely incredible to work with. From the start, my husband and I felt so comfortable. Sara felt like an old friend! The location was beautiful and she just knew how to work us into all of the beauty surrounding us! We had such an amazing time. The photo shoot itself felt like the prize but THEN we got the photos and WOW. Absolutely STUNNING work. I’m obsessed with our photos and there are just too many good ones!! The one “problem” is how do I even choose which ones to print?! They’re all so beautiful!! So grateful for Sara Anne and her talents. 10/10 recommend.

"we had an absolute blast"
First and foremost, we had an absolute blast. We laughed, danced and skipped. The next shot we were torehead to forehead looking at each other like nothing else existed.
Sara made us feel so comfortable in our own skin. She really took the time to get to know us. Although we gave her full creative freedom, she captured our personalities in every frame perfectly. If you want to feel like your most authentic selves in front of the camera. Sara is vour air!

We found Sara on instagram and instantly felt a connection to her style. We have never had professional pictures taken, not even at our wedding. We normally find ourselves behind the camera. so mv husband and I did not know what to expect. From the moment we contacted Sara, she was so warm, knowledgeable, and willing to get to know us. For us, we wanted her to take charge and really guide us. She walked us through all the poses and it felt like it was just my husband and I on date night. We went from giggling to a long, slow kiss. It felt so comfortable. I've never felt more beautiful. The best thing about Sara is that she captured our love in EVERY frame!
