Imagine saying "I do" during your intimate, breathtaking ceremony amidst the lush landscapes of Costa Rica. Where you can choose to exchange vows atop the crest of a waterfall while the fresh water cascades below you, or on the beach at sunset while the sun sets below the horizon as you share your first kiss as husband wife. You can have an all day adventure with vows in the morning by the ocean, going from the jungle, to the beach, to a volcano, and back to your AirBnB for an intimate dinner and pool party to celebrate.

Hi, I'm Sara. I am an elopement photographer and a romantic dreamer.
I fell in love with Costa Rica when my husband and I spent our honeymoon traveling the county in 2022. We loved it so much, we decided we had to have our own little piece of it! We now own 6.5 acres in the jungle of Costa Rica, just minutes from two of the coolest waterfalls you will ever see (Diamante Falls and Nauyaca). We can get to the beach easily and we have our choice of a few different towns to visit for a great meal. It is genuinely paradise.
I am so inspired by my own intimate wedding and the idea of helping couples curate the most perfect elopement or wedding for them in Costa Rica. You can elope on my own property, with nobody else around except the toucans to cheer you on. Or you can choose one of the many epic locations near a volcano or a waterfall. If you want something simpler, you won't find a beach you don't love and that doesn't make the most dreamy ceremony spot you've ever seen. Costa Rica has it all!

The Experience
Elopement photography starting at $800
I offer both full-service packages and a build-your-own-elopement-package (BYOEP) option.
Full-service packages include full planning assistance to help you decide on location(s), your travel and accommodations, vendor contact and coordination, meals / catering, and all the other fine details to help you have the most perfect experience. These packages also include photography coverage and gallery delivery, permit costs, and photographer's travel and accommodations.
The BYOEP option allows you to pick and choose what you want in your package. You can opt to add planning services or take care of that on your own. You can choose the number of hours you want (minimum of 1 full hour required, but I recommend at least 2). It is a fully customizable experience.

Where do I even start?!
Sara Anne was absolutely incredible to work with. From the start, my husband and I felt so comfortable. Sara felt like an old friend! The location was beautiful and she just knew how to work us into all of the beauty surrounding us! We had such an amazing time. The photo shoot itself felt like the prize but THEN we got the photos and WOW. Absolutely STUNNING work. I’m obsessed with our photos and there are just too many good ones!! The one “problem” is how do I even choose which ones to print?! They’re all so beautiful!! So grateful for Sara Anne and her talents. 10/10 recommend.

"we had an absolute blast"
First and foremost, we had an absolute blast. We laughed, danced and skipped. The next shot we were torehead to forehead looking at each other like nothing else existed.
Sara made us feel so comfortable in our own skin. She really took the time to get to know us. Although we gave her full creative freedom, she captured our personalities in every frame perfectly. If you want to feel like your most authentic selves in front of the camera. Sara is vour air!

We found Sara on instagram and instantly felt a connection to her style. We have never had professional pictures taken, not even at our wedding. We normally find ourselves behind the camera. so mv husband and I did not know what to expect. From the moment we contacted Sara, she was so warm, knowledgeable, and willing to get to know us. For us, we wanted her to take charge and really guide us. She walked us through all the poses and it felt like it was just my husband and I on date night. We went from giggling to a long, slow kiss. It felt so comfortable. I've never felt more beautiful. The best thing about Sara is that she captured our love in EVERY frame!
